All cancellation requests should be sent to us by filling out form on Contact Us or you can contact on phone number available on that page. Please keep in handy, your contact details you used while booking the session, to help us serve you better.
Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made before 24 hours of actual therapy session time.
Say Yes to Therapy will not be held responsible, if cancellation is not made on time.

Refund Policy
Cancellation made before 24 hours of actual therapy session time, will get refund of 50% of booking amount.
No refund will be allowed, if cancellation is not done before 24 hours of actual therapy session time.
